Karla is a Chicagoan born and raised. She received her BA in Theatre from Loyola University Chicago along with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Dance. Her legacy of awesomeness continues to this day as founder of Loyola's first dance company, LUC Dance Co., now known as "The Company".
Karla has appeared on and off screen in numerous plays, musicals, commercials (tv/internet and VO), indie films (short and feature), and industrials (print and video).
Her passion is TV and Film, but cannot deny her equal love for musical theatre. So, naturally, she coaches and teaches musical theatre to kids in
K-12 grade at schools and theatres in the Chicagoland area.
Karla holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University; she uses those mad administrative skills to produce and present her own content.
When Karla is not on set or in a theatre, she's likely teaching her son about the world because, you know, that's important.
